Iceland Countryside
Although we were in Iceland in January, the temperatures were moderate due to the Gulf Stream. The weather was comparable in winter to our home in Toronto. The temperature was freezing or slightly below. Every now and then we would see, lighted up in the twilight and night, greenhouses heated and illuminated by geothermal, giving year round heat and growing lights.
