Almannnagja Gorge
Almannnagja Gorge is a rift in the earth's crust created by two separating tectonic plates. Normally there is a spectacular waterfall, but in mid-winter it was frozen solid and hard to distinguish from rocks. For some reason, the day we were there was characterized by extremely strong winds which drove the "feels like" temperature to something a bezillion below zero.
