Pisac
Pisac is a village at the southern edge of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. It has a colorful market-place and some really interesting ruins. Archaeologists think that, based on what they found in the ruins, Pisac served military, religious, and agricultural purposes. I had been hanging out with Carolina, a young lady who worked at La Tertulia where I had my guitar gig. She is the one who suggested that we take a trip to Pisac. What a great suggestion that was!
