Hot Air Balloon Ride
If you like to be up in the air with a wonderful view, this is the way to do it. Unlike hang-gliding, paragliding, or sky-diving, which can be pretty edgy, this is really mellow and you can totally zone out. The first pictures show how the balloon is initially inflated, something I've always wondered about. We had to wait quite a while until the pilot was sure that the weather conditions were acceptable and not going to change. Once the process started, it all happened rather quickly.
