Indoor Sky Diving
When I first heard of indoor sky diving I couldn't imagine how that was accomplished. The physics turns out to be pretty simple. There is a large vertical tube a couple of stories high. The floor is a grating and the air blows through it upward. An external operator adjusts the velocity to accomodate what is going on, such going up or down. When I started I tumbled quite a bit until I finally caught on and could maintain a stable configuration.
