Link to a PBS documentary
This is the largest national park in Peru, covering some 19,000 square kilometers and is essentially the watershed of the Manu River. The human populaton is rather sparse, consisting of a handful of small communities usually located on the Manu River. The above link is to a really interesting description of Manu done for PBS.
